This past week has been a relatively relaxed week in regards to Independent Study and Mentorship, as we were on spring break. I have, however, begun planning and writing my first rough draft for my final product, which I really am quite excited about. I am ready for all of my research, time, and hard work to be compiled into one final project as a culmination of everything I have worked on and accomplished in the Independent Study and Mentorship program over the past two years. I know that writing a paper of this caliber will take a lot of hard work and a lot of time, and I am rather proud of myself for getting it started so early. I keep saying it, but it really is quite crazy to think about the fact that we only have 2 months left of high school. I have spent 4 years of my life studying and learning at Frisco, and although I can not quite say that I am particularly sad to leave it behind, I know that it has definitely helped shape me into the person and student I am today. I am so excited for my next four years at Baylor, though, as I know they will hold great things.
